We own and operate schools for young children, with four schools located in the Lehigh Valley and one school in Main Line Philadelphia. We are in search of individuals who have the knack to work with children and want to join our teaching staff.
We have full time permanent positions available; as well as part time and substitute positions.
All of our schools have children who range in age from 6 weeks to 5 years; two schools also have School Age Programs (6-12 years). Our mission is to provide opportunities of choice for children in age appropriate, developmentally based programs which fully optimize each child’s emotional, intellectual, physical and social growth. As a teacher it will be your job to plan, implement and produce high quality, flexible and innovative educational lesson plans that are age appropriate.
  Requirements for all Teaching Positions:
  • FBI Clearance
  • Child Abuse Clearance
  • Criminal Background Check
Qualifications for Full Time Teaching Positions: (34-40 hours)
  • BA or Associate in ECE or related field plus years of experience working with children
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills
  • The position requires a great deal of adaptability. Teachers will be faced with a variety of situations on a daily basis and will engage in multiple tasks and are required to respond quickly and appropriately to the frequently changing needs of children.
Qualifications for Part Time and Substitute Teaching Positions: (34 hours or less)
  • High School Diploma plus years of experience working with children
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills
  • The position requires a great deal of adaptability. Teachers will be faced with a variety of situations on a daily basis and will engage in multiple tasks and are required to respond quickly and appropriately to the frequently changing needs of children.
